At the March 1st Meeting, Ann Kelley spoke on “Civil War Nurse Harriett Dane.”  This topic was in honor of Women’s History Month.

Thanks to everyone who baked for the food table at the election.

On March 25th, the club held a comfort pillow workshop in support of recovering breast cancer patients.

Tuesday, April 5th, is our annual Reciprocity Meeting.  Invitations have gone out to surrounding women’s clubs.  Last year 41 women attended.  The Coe Brown Northwood Academy music department will entertain us. Members are asked to bring finger foods and items for our raffle table.  Greeter will be Roberta Stearns and the  inspiration will be delivered by Joann Bailey.

As always, any women in the area are invited to attend the meetings, which are held at the Northwood  Congregational Fellowship Hall unless otherwise noted.  The Harvey Lake Woman’s Club is a member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs of New Hampshire.
