Victory Workers 4-H Club News

Members of the Victory Workers 4-H Club honor leaders
Pauline Wheeler and Carolyn Davis for their 50 years of service to
the club, Corine Miller for her 55 years of service to the club.
The Elected Officers of the Victory Workers 4-H Club 2015:
President Nathaniel Huse of Barnstead, Vice President Holly
Testerman of Chichester, Secretary Derek Ladd of Epsom, Treasurer
Sophie Worster of Loudon, and Reporter Griffin Worster of Loudon.
Pauline Wheeler of Pittsfield has served as a project leader
teaching hundreds of members in the foods program. She has helped
with sewing, crafts and food preservation. She has served as a judge
at many county events and fairs. Past members credit her for them
being able to now cook family meals from the skills they learned
from her. Pauline has been the leader in charge of the Pittsfield
Tree Lighting Cookies which our club does as a community service
project. Pauline has served on many club, county, and state
committees in her 50 years.
Carolyn Davis of Epsom has served as a project leader teaching
hundred of members to make baskets in the heritage arts program. She
has helped with sewing, crafts and woodworking. She has served as a
judge at many county, state and fair events. Past members credit
their organization skills to her as many baskets are still in use
today. Carolyn represents our club at the Merrimack County Leaders
Association.
Corine Miller of Pittsfield has served as a project leader teaching
hundreds of members how to sew in the clothing and textile program.
She had helped with crafts, woodworking and heritage arts. She has
served as a judge at many county, state and fair events. Corine is
the leader in charge of our Election Day Dinners which our club does
as a community service project.
The club members, parents, past members, leaders and community wish
to thank these wonderful women for their thousands of volunteer
hours spent to “Make the Best Better” With out volunteers this
program would not be possible...THANK YOU!
