The Gilmanton Community Church would like to thank all who
participated and supported the Gilmanton Ice Fishing Derby held
Saturday, February 19, 2011. We would also like to thank our
sponsors: Martel’s Bait Shop, Iron Works Market and Piche’s
Ski Shop.
Following are the derby results.
The first place winter was Dew Fanjoy, Jr. of Strafford,
with a 4.75 lb and 27 1/2 inch pickerel.
The second place winner was Brett Currier of Gilmanton with
a 3.77 lb and 24 3/8 inch pickerel.
The third place winner was Rod Holland of Gilmanton with a
3.34 lb and 24 1/2 inch pickerel.
Our youth winners included; first place Conner Hayes (left);
second place Anthony Gentile (center) and third place Nathan Holiday
(right).
