Barnstead Summer Concert Series

Barnstead Parks and Recreation declares “Let Summer Begin”!  Rain cannot dampen the excitement of our free, Music in the Park concert series.

 
Beginning Saturday, June 27th and continuing all summer long, enjoy many varieties of excellent live music.  Bring your chair, the kids, the dog (and pooper scooper please), perhaps a picnic dinner and prepare to dance, sing along or just chill to the talents of some awesome artists!

Concerts are held on the Barnstead Parade Grounds off Parade Road, from 6 - 8 pm on Saturdays.  Various local non-profits will be offering refreshments as fundraisers.  Thanks for your support. 

For our first concert, we’re pleased to present The Mink Hills Band.  This New Hampshire based string band offers bluegrass, folk, swing and original compositions. Their stylistic range of material provides for an interesting and varied musical experience.
