Time Management Month At Gilmanton Corner Library

February is “Time Management Month” at the Gilmanton Corner Public Library. Come in and see our display of Time Management books and work sheets. For example, the interruption checklist lets you track those things that impede your efficiency. That’s just one of the worksheets you might choose to take home with you. Stop in to see what’s happening with Time Management.

The library has had a donation of the following new CDs: Bones by Jonathan Kellerman; The Island by Heather Gram; Hot Pursuit by Suzanne Brockman; Hardball by Sara Peresky; The Siege by Stephen White; Where Serpents Lie by T. Jefferson Parker; and Missing Persons by Stephen White.

If you would like to place a reserve on a book or request a new book call 267-6200 on Wednesdays 3 - 5 and Saturdays 10 - 12.

Many Thanks To Many Volunteers

The Gilmanton Corner Library Trustees wish to express their sincere gratitude to those who answered the call for assistance in winterizing the library building.

Projects included the attic rehab and insulation, window winterization, electrical upgrades, and substructure weatherproofing and reinforcement. We would also like to thank those who made donations specifically for this project.

The following list is in alphabetical order.  Many thanks to each and every one.  Barbara Angevine, Barton Lumber, Steve Bedard, Al Blake, Phyllis & Wilbur Buchanan, Thomie Dombrowski, Ernie Hudzeic, Wayne Ogni (Ogni Electric), Rick Veilleux, and Israel Willard.

Their work has dramatically cut our heating cost and made our building a truly cozy corner library. Please come in Wednesday 2:00-4:00 or Saturday 10:00-12:00 and enjoy browsing our bookshelves in comfort.
