At The Epsom Public Library
The Epsom Public Library is currently hosting The New Hampshire Chapter of
Women’s Caucus for Art
in presenting their second annual Flowers Interpreted show. As the
title suggests, the exhibit includes the work of 23 artists working in a
wide range of mediums, from pastel to fiber, interpreting the theme of
flowers and growth.
The Women’s Caucus for Art
is a national organization that promotes the advancement of women in the
visual arts through educational programs, networking and exhibition
opportunities. The NH chapter is the largest in the country and boasts a

Conservation Options Workshop

Extension are offering an informative land conservation workshop to
landowners and their families. For all those who have been thinking about
doing something to protect their land, this will be an opportunity to get

Updated Epsom Hazard Mitigation Plan
Local community leaders are taking steps to reduce the effects of Epsom’s
next natural disaster event. A Hazard Mitigation Planning Committee,
comprised of Town emergency personnel and local officials, has completed
development of the Town’s updated Hazard Mitigation Plan. This updated plan
also considers technological and human hazards, and is required for
continued eligibility for FEMA disaster and project funding.
A Public Information Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 8 at 7:00 P.M.
at the Library to discuss the Plan and to solicit public feedback on the
document. All are invited to attend and participate.
The Epsom Hazard Mitigation Plan with its maps is available for review at
the Town Hall after March 25.
