Members of the Concord/Epsom Elks lodge 1210 and the White Mountain Chapter of the Nam Knights Motorcycle Club braved the icy rain to place Holiday wreaths at the Epsom Traffic Circle dedicated to fallen Officers, Michael Briggs and Jeremy Charron. The wreaths contain the names and badge numbers of the officers and face in the direction of each section of Routes 4 and 28 that are dedicated to them. Both organizations would like to wish everyone a happy, healthy holiday season and a Happy New Year.
