The Chichester
Grange Annual Community Awards Night will be Wednesday, May 3, at 7
p.m. in the Town/Grange Hall. Community Citizen, Outstanding Youth,
Police Officer, Educator, and other awards will be presented to area
citizens. Light refreshments will be provided.
The
Chichester Historical Society has received a grant from the NH
Humanities Council to present “Harnessing History: On the Trail of
NH’s State Dog: The Chinook.” This program will be held at the
Chichester Grange Hall, 54 Main Street on Monday, May 8th, at 7 p.m.
Bob Cottrell, curator of the Henney History Room at the Conway
Public Library will be the speaker. This program is free and open to
the public. Refreshments will be served. For

rooms. Everything in the store will be 1/2 price the last
Thursday of the Month, 4/27/17. Check out our new
section for kids shoes at the end of the aisle in the first room, in
front of the bathroom.
When it is needed, we have a wheel chair
and bath chair to loan out. Special - a Kate Spade purse for
$5.00. Mother’s Day, May 14 - items are out in the 3rd room.

Thursday, April 27th at 11 a.m. the Chichester Town Library
will host the program: Learn to Be a Backyard Detective.
Trained Tracker and naturalist, Barbara Bald, will help us learn to
identify the clues animals might leave in your backyard. The
program wll include stories, interactive learning centers, art
activities, examination of antlers, track casts, track patterns,
pelts and more. Preschoolers and school age children welcome.
Saturday, April 29th from 9 to 11 a.m. the Teen Advisory Group is
hosting our first Senior Breakfast. Pancakes, sausage and eggs
will be served. The maple syrup was donated by Journey’s End
Maple Farm on Loudon Rd. in Pittsfield. Please call the
