The Chichester Old Home Day Committee will meet on Thursday,
September 13, at 7 pm at the Fire Station.
Chichester Grange will meet on Wednesday, September 19, at 7 pm
upstairs in the Grange/Town Hall.
The Chichester PTO Fall Craft Fair will be October
13th from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Crafters are needed. Please call Kris

We need your help to clear out the 0-24 month baby clothes so we can
hang up sweatshirts, hoodies and fleece. All baby clothes 0-24
months will be 25˘ on September 12th, 13th and 15th and on one of
those days (you will have to come in and checkout the Sale of the
Day sign) all baby items will be two for 25˘! That will
include onesies, bibs, blankets, pants, tops and baby toys and books
in the “third” room.
We also have for sale a meat grinder, Osterizer, and an old
fashioned copper fondue pot. We have a nice selection of dorm pants,
nightwear and many other items that you won’t find any place else.

Chichester Library News
The Chichester Town Library will be having a Book Sale on Saturday,
September 15th from 8 am to 1 pm.
At the same time Frank Curatolo and Dick Pratt, whose art work is on
display at the library are hosting an artists reception that same
morning from 9 am to 12 pm. Drop in and enjoy the art as well
as some donuts from the Chichester Country Store and some fresh
brewed coffee.
Story hour for preschoolers will start on September 20th at 11 am.
I want to thank Barbara Pappas for the wonderful job she does
leading and organizing this program.
Do you know we have two writer’s groups at the Chichester Town
Library? One for adults which will meets on Monday, September 24th
at 7:00 and one for children, named Thinking Ink, which is led
by Jimmy Pappas. Thinking Ink will meet on Saturday, September 9th
from 10 to 11:30 am.
If you would like to be involved and help the library plan programs
and support the librarian, you are welcome to join the Lovers of the
Chichester Library, LOCL, which meets the third Monday of the month,
that’s September 17th at 7 pm. New help and ideas are always
welcome.
The Chichester Garden Club will meet on Wednesday, September 26th at
7 pm. Come and share ideas about fall garden projects.
