The Belknap County Farm Bureau is holding their First
Annual School-to-Farm Breakfast on Saturday, April 25, 2015, from 8 am
to 11 am. The location is the Barnstead Parade Fire Station at 305
Parade Rd in Barnstead, New Hampshire. The cost for the breakfast is
your generous donation. Please plan to have breakfast with us, and
support this wonderful program.

Writer’s Club
The next
Writer’s Club meeting will be held on Monday, April 20th from
6:30-7:30pm at the library. We invite writers ages 12 and up to join our
group with Kristina Schram. The club will meet monthly for writers to
share and discuss their work. There will be plenty of opportunities for
writers to expand their skills. This is a free program open to the
public and registration is not required.
Family Game
Night
On Monday,
April 27th at 6:30pm the Oscar Foss Memorial Library invites families to
come to a Family Game Night at the library. Board games, snacks, and
drinks will be provided and families are welcome to bring their favorite
games to share as well. Each family who attends will be entered into a
free raffle for a new board game. We hope to see you there for a free
night of family fun!

Movie Night
On
Thursday, April 30th the library welcomes families to join us for an
evening of family entertainment while we show a PG movie on our big
screen. Bring your favorite “Bear” and travel down to the library to
enjoy a night of free entertainment and popcorn!
Science at
the Library!
On Friday,
May 1st there will be a science activity for school age children at 3pm
at the library. We will be exploring the world of wind and air science
through some hands on activities. Sign up is not required, so just come
on down and join the fun!

Frances M.
Thibodeau Murzin (Bunny) of Barnstead went home to be with the Lord.
She was the
daughter of the late Edmond Thibodeau and Frances Hill French also step
daughter of Leland H. French of Chichester.
She was
survived by her partner Thomas Corliss of Barnstead and leaves behind
five children Richard Hatch of Concord, Walter Murzin And wife Kris of
New Hampton,Donald Murzin and wife Rebecca and Jedadiah Corliss and
partner Wendy All of Barnstead and daughter Jamie Lee and partner
Russell of Belmont, two brothers Edmond Thibodeau, Leland F. French and
partner Marylou, one sister Lynda L. Martel husband Michael all of
Chichester, ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, aunts, uncle,
neices, nephews, cousins, and many friends.Bunny enjoyed her special
time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, watching their
sports, looking at their drawings, or just having little chats. She
enjoyed her rides on the backroads visiting with her siblings and her
dad. Bunny loved to share her love with everyone, family, friends, young
and older.
There will
be a day to remember her at a later date.
