Barnstead
Old Home Day
Our OHD Committee has been formed. Many talented,
dedicated, and creative people have stepped up to the plate to make this
year’s Old Home Day an event to remember. All members are working
hard to pull together some fantastic events for all to enjoy. But,
just because you didn’t join our committee, don’t think you are off the
hook yet!! We are looking for nominations for Barnstead Citizen of
the Year.
If you are interested in nominating a friend or a
relative please write a brief narrative giving the person’s name (must
be a Barnstead resident), a brief biography on the person and why you
think he/she should be our next Citizen Of The Year. A group of
judges will read over the entries and choose our next honoree.
We will make this even easier for you. All you need to do is email
the narrative to our email address at:
[email protected] with a
subject line of: Citizen of the Year. Or, if you would
rather, you can send it to us through the mail. Mail all entries
to: Old Home Day Committee, P.O. Box 11, Center Barnstead,
NH 03325, Attention: Citizen of the Year.
All entries must be
to us by May 27, 2011. If you have any questions, feel free to
call me, Peggy Sweeney, at 435-6505.
