Nighthawk Hollow Seniors

Mark your calendar for February 2, 2011 as our next meeting.  We will gather at the Barnstead Town Hall for our monthly meeting and luncheon, so bring a casserole, your table setting, and come join us at 12:00 pm.

After lunch and a meeting, we will be playing bingo.  Any new member that would like to come and see what we do, is welcome.  If you have any other question, contact Miriam at catfish241@metrocast.net or Debbie  at callus@603-664-2837.

Please be advised that if Barnstead School is cancelled due to bad weather when we are to have a meeting, it also cancelled.

Men’s Breakfast

Center Barnstead Christian Church is hosting a free Men’s Breakfast this Saturday, January 29th from 7:30-8:30 am.

Doug Andrews of Pittsfield will be sharing at the men’s breakfast how God moved him from a central Massachusetts farm, to the world of computers; to the jungles of Viet Nam, and back to the world of computers; to the pulpits of four states, and back to the world of computers.  In the midst of all of this, God also moved him into a small furniture making business.

All men are invited to come and enjoy breakfast, as they hear from our guest speaker, Doug Andrews.  The Center Barnstead Christian Church is located on Route 126, next to the Town Hall.  For more information contact the church at 269-8831.

Warren and Judith Day of Center Barnstead announce the engagement of their son, Jason Julius Day, to MaLanda Starr Major, the daughter of Maurice and JudyAnne Major of Pembroke.

Malanda graduated from Pembroke Academy in 1999, and became a licensed nurse.  She is now a bookkeeper within the healthcare community.

Jason graduated from Pittsfield Middle High in 1996 and holds a bachelors in Business Administration from Southern NH University.  He is employed in the telecommunications industry.

A 2011 wedding is planned.
