Anna C. (Collins) Conley

Anna C. (Collins) Conley, recently from Barnstead and formerly of Dorchester, Massachusetts, died on February 17, 2009, after a long illness.

She was a spunky and absolutely incredible lady, who courageously and lovingly guided her family through the difficult last days of her illness.

She was the beloved wife of Joseph X. Conley;  loving mother of Mary and her husband, John Colburn of Columbia, MD, Margaret and her husband Frank Schadt of Wilmington, DE, and Eileen and her husband Dave Murley of Barnstead, NH.; dear sister of Margaret Lind of Milton, Robert Collins of  Weymouth and the late Nora and Mary Collins, Helen Lanzillo, James and Jeremiah Collins;  devoted grandmother of Kevin, Carrie and Kathy Colburn, Frank and James Schadt, and Erin Baisley;  dear great grandmother of Lexy and Brody Colburn.

To feel love, one needs to have felt love. We, the family of Anna Conley, have been blessed with her unselfish love for 88 years. We rejoice in her life, but anguish over her death.

A Funeral Mass was said at St. Gregory Church, Dorchester, Massachusetts, on Friday, February 20.

Interment was held at St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury, Massachusetts.

Donations may be made in memory of Anna to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, P.O. Box 224523, Dallas, TX 75222.
